Victor Taylor
Victor Taylor is the Director of Partnership Resources, Office for External Partnerships (OEP) at Duke University. He works with Duke’s current and prospective business partners, along with stakeholders across campus, to identify and execute mutual opportunities for collaboration. Examples include faculty sponsored research, student recruiting, philanthropic monetary gifts, event sponsorship, executive education and in-kind gifts of equipment and software.
Prior to joining Duke in 2008, Victor was the Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Tournament Services for the ATP Tour, the worldwide governing body for men’s professional tennis. Over the course of his 18-year tenure with the ATP Tour, he worked with numerous Fortune 100 clients in the development and execution of their marketing strategies. A native of Wilmington, North Carolina, Victor graduated from Davidson College, majoring in Political Science and Economics, and started his professional career in the banking business with Florida National Bank in Jacksonville.
A 2019 graduate of the Duke Leadership Academy, Victor also serves as Duke’s primary representative to the UIDP (University Industry Demonstration Partnership).
